Tom is a fantastic personal trainer. My favorite benefits of working with him were his easy-going demeanor coupled with his ability to keep you on track in a healthy, constructive way. He cares about your goals, your progress, but is also aware of missteps and life getting in the way and works towards resolving those obstacles and issues whilst keeping you on track. I would say give it a go regardless of where you are starting from, and you won't be disappointed. I started working with Tom to reach one of my goals, and simply put, I wouldn't have achieved it without him. As I said above, Tom is a great coach because he's hyper-focused but also empathetic and realistic, which is hard to find in other trainers or programs. I've seen Tom devote the same focus, attention, and positive energy to clients aiming to finish their first 5k or those competing to break 3hrs in a marathon.

I love the convenience of working out from home with a schedule that fits my life, and I feel like my time with Tom is more efficient now than when I had to deal with the hassles of a public gym.
